Patterns of Colombia: mochilas

One of the most popular object in Colombia: the Mochila. This is a bag, made by hand by indigenes ( women apparently) where patterns, each time different, mean something.

I did try to get some of the patterns out in order to see how it looks on paper. Maybe needs further work.

I promised myself to go and visit those women and their work one day.
